Documentary first. Portraits often get the most attention via the web and social media, but my number one goal is capturing candid moments that develop organically throughout the day. I remain hands off for the majority of the day (meaning you won’t hear me telling you what to do), allowing you to stay in the moment and not worried about performing for a camera. When moments occur we’ll be in place to capture them.
Portraits on the other hand offer me a chance to inject a bit of my creativity. Posing is natural, direction is pointed and the laughs are genuine.
On the day I also shoot all the important family portraits and heirloom photos you’ll cherish for years to come.
Digital negatives plus an online gallery. You hire me to document, process and deliver. No surprises, or last minute upcharges to release your collection - you receive a complete collection, watermark free ready to be printed. Collections range depending on the length and layout of the day, typically about 600-700 photos delivered.
Nope, with the exception of a family photo list which we'll compose together before the day.
First off, send me a message so we can connect. After chatting more about your day and photos needs, I'll pass along an online proposal for you to review. Bookings are secured with a signed contract and deposit.
Wedding photography packages start at $4000. Use my contact form to reach out with your name and wedding date and I'd be more than happy to share my complete package pricing.
Yes. Dates are typically booked 6-12 months in advance with a signed contract and $1000 non-refundable deposit. Once booked, that date is yours and yours alone. We won’t schedule additional shoots or other events, instead taking the mornings to prep and prepare for your day. I’ll be up early just like you, but instead of hair and makeup, I’ll be cleaning and prepping gear, reviewing timelines and mentally preparing for the day ahead.
Of course! Choosing a photographer for your wedding day is a big deal and I believe making honest connections with my couples is the best way to produce candid images on the day. I'd love to sit down over coffee and get to know you.
If scheduling or distance makes meeting in person impossible, then a FaceTime or Skype call will do the trick!
Yes! Albums can be added to any package at booking or purchased after delivery of your digital collection.
